Carolyn Jane Obert, age 79 of Weimar, Texas passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022 at Columbus Community Hospital in Columbus, Texas. Carolyn was born April 4, 1943 in Dunkirk, New York and was a longtime resident of Alvin before moving to Weimar. Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband, Milo Obert, her daughter, Cassie Obert, both of Alvin and her parents, Belmont and Eleanor Case of Baytown.

She is survived by her children, Greg Obert and wife Gwen of Hallettsville,  Charles Obert and wife Gwendolyn of Friendswood, and David Obert and wife Dorothy of Houston.  Eight Grand Children, Gregory Obert, Quaid Obert, Kalle Muir and husband Scott, Katie Obert, Ronald Obert, Kennedy Obert, Kire Anderson, and Micah Anderson. Great Grand Children, Kaden and Sadie Muir. Sister Colleen Bailey of LaPorte and Brother Glen Case and wife Susan of Hempstead.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday, July 23, 2022 at Breath Of Life Community Church 1611 W. South Street Alvin, Texas 77511.
