Brenda Gayle Duckworth, age 70 of Alvin, Texas, passed away Friday, August 2, 2024. Brenda was born May 27, 1954, in Richmond, Indiana. Brenda enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren. She loved to travel and read. She loved spending time at the beach especially at their condo in Galveston. Brenda is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Millie Knox; brother Kelly Knox and sister Cathy Caughman.

Brenda is survived by her husband Greg Duckworth; daughter Katy Odom and husband Jonathan, daughter Sydney Pisarski and husband Nick; brother Charles Knox; grandchildren Jaden, Macayla, Jackson, Everett, Jonas, and Ava; numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial visitation will be held Thursday, August 8, 2024, from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM at Scott Funeral Home, with a memorial service starting at 4:00 PM.

The family welcomes flowers or donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
