Bobby Shipley Mehornay, age 92 of Alvin, Texas, passed away peacefully at her home Monday, February 10, 2025.  Bobby was born February 14, 1932 in Kosse, Texas moving to Corsicana, Texas and graduating in 1950. She was a resident of Alvin for 75 years. Bobby was master seamstress and loved to sew, quilt and embroider. Her love for bowling was constant throughout her life making many friends over the years. She was a loving and devoted mother who supported her children in pursuing their hobbies and interest throughout their childhood. Bobby is preceded in death by her parents, W. L. and Clara Rogers; a loving brother and four sisters.

Bobby is survived by her son, Michael Shipley and wife Charen, daughter Frankie Ober and husband Jody; granddaughter, Devin; 2 great granddaughters, Kaylee and Teaghan.
