Bill Fairchild, age 86 of Alvin, Texas, passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2025.  Bill was born on June 16, 1938, in Elgin, Tennessee and was a resident of Alvin for over 40 years.  He worked for many years as a driver in the trucking industry and was Christian by faith.  Bill was preceded in death by his parents, William and Pearl Fairchild, son, Bill Fairchild, grandson, Joey Christian.

Bill is survived by his wife, Joyce Fairchild, daughter, Tammy Christian and husband Wade Strunk, sister, Sandra Terry and husband Tom, grandson, Rusty Christian, great-grandchildren, Jasper and Aryan, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held Monday, February 10 2025 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home in Alvin, Texas.  Interment will take place in Crossroads Cemetery, Tennessee.
