Baltazar Gonzales Medrano, Sr., age 57 of Alvin, Texas passed away Sunday, January 20, 2013 at Clear Lake Regional Medical Center, Webster, Texas. Baltazar was born on May 31, 1955 in Mexico and was a lifetime resident of Alvin. He was a member of the Catholic faith. Baltazar was preceded in death by his father, Isidro Gonzales.

Baltazar is survived by his wife, Margarita Gonzales, daughters, Yadira Connors, Yudith Spire and husband, Mason, Mayra White and husband, Joshua, sons, Baltazar Medrano, Jr. and wife, Celia, Ricardo Gonzales and wife, Mallory, sister, Eva Meza and husband, Genaro, brothers, Gustavo Gonzales and wife Manuela, Tereso Gonzales and wife Leticia, George Gonzales, seven grandchildren, Alonzo, Victoria, Bradley, Alyssa, Cici, Scott, Damian and numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at Scott Funeral Home with the Rosary service being recited at 7:00 P.M. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 A.M. Thursday, January 24, 2013 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 110 East South Street, Alvin, Texas.
