Aydin Torres, age 18 of Alvin, Texas, passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2024. Aydin was born on March 30, 2005 in Houston, Texas and was a lifetime resident of Alvin. He graduated from Alvin High School and recently started working for Sesco Co. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Juan Francisco Torres.

Aydin was the first to make everyone laugh, and since an early age kept everyone on their toes. He enjoyed hanging out with his siblings, cousins, and friends being goofy, making faces, joking around, and recording silly videos. There was never a dull moment when he was around. He was a big kid, but no matter how big he got, he was always looking for his mom or calling Mom Chiquis.

Aydin is survived by his mother, Jazmin Torres, grandmother, Elma Torres, aunt, Krystal Carrillo and husband Sean, uncle, Johnny Torres, sister, Jayleigh Torres, brother, Jovannie Torres, cousins, Amiyah, Jonah, Lilli, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held Monday, January 22, 2024 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Scott Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at Emmanuel Worship Center in Alvin, Texas. Interment to follow at Oak Park Cemetery.
