Arturo Almanza Ramirez, 71, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 7, 2025. Art was a resident of Rosharon Texas and was born on April 13, 1953 in Pearland, Texas. He is preceded in death by his loving mother, Camila Almanza Ramirez, father, Abdias Ramirez, beloved son, Arturo Ramirez Jr, Sisters, Anita Cardenas, Epifania "Lala" Hidrogo, Camila "Millie" Gonzales, brother's Jose "Joe", Daniel, Samuel "Sam", Rodolfo "Rudy", sister-in-law, brother-in laws, and several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews. He is survived by his sisters, Estella Lopez, Geneva Garza, Clara Narvaez, Eloisa Torres, Granddaughter, Alexa Ramirez, his Tia Maria Almanza Ramirez, and many Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and friends who loved him dearly. Art retired after an extensive career working for the State of Texas Prison System. He enjoyed his monthly sibling gatherings where he indulged in partaking in his sister Geneva's home cooked meals, playing games where he could win prizes, and most of all spending valuable time with his sisters, their spouses, and occasionally a niece or nephew who would drop by. Arturo will be missed leaving good memories on those whose lives he touched and will forever leave a dent on many loved ones hearts. A Memorial Service honoring Arturo's life will be held Saturday, February 22, 2025 at 3PM at Faith Center Church (Centro de Fe) located at 1212910 O'Day Road, Brookside Village, Texas 77581.
