Amber Faith Cook, age 21 of Alvin, Texas, passed away Friday, April 5, 2024 at UTMB Hospital in Galveston, Texas.  Amber was born February 3, 2003 in Nassau Bay, Texas and was a lifetime resident of Alvin. She graduated from Alvin High School in 2021 and was in the process of completing her Associates Degree from Alvin Community College. Amber is preceded in death by her grandfather, Jackie Williams.

Amber is survived by her mother, Pamela Cook and step father, Jason Cantu; father, Richard Cook; grandmothers, Donna Williams, Gwen Rucker, and Kathi Brannon; sisters, Angela Cook, Kimberly Cook and Dannie Cook; brothers, Cody Cook, Michael Cook and Jack Cook; step brothers, Mayson Cantu and Austin Cantu; along with numerous extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM Saturday, April 13, 2024 at South Park Baptist Church ( 1718 South Johnson St. Alvin, TX 77511 ) with funeral services beginning at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at Confederate Cemetery in Alvin.
