Altha Pearl Clutter, age 69, of Alvin, Texas, passed away Sunday, August 11, 2024.  Altha was born September 7, 1954 in Alvin, Texas and was a lifetime member of the Alvin community. Pearl enjoyed horses, gardening, oil painting, and barbequing on the grill in earlier years. Later in life she enjoyed drawing and bingo. Pearl is preceded in death by her parents John Hartwell Clutter and Althalone Clutter; brothers John Allen Clutter and Kenneth Clutter.

Pearl is survived by her sisters Pauline Blackard and husband Thomas, Sherry Allene Foster; brother Melvin Leon Clutter; niece Amy Lynn Foster and husband Joseph Allen Smith; nephews Greg Clutter, Eric Clutter, Raymond Blackard, Douglas Blackard and wife Christine Tanner Douglas Blackard; Niece Laura Kennard and husband John Kennard; great nephews Logan Allen Smith, Evan Kennard, and Tanner Douglas Blackard; great niece Hannah Renee Blackard

A visitation will be Thursday, August 15, 2024 at Scott Funeral Home from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM. A graveside service will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 16, 2024 at Confederate Cemetery. It will be a closed casket.
