Richard Wallace, age 54 of Alvin, Texas passed away at his residence on Saturday, March 2, 2013. Richard was born on October 7, 1958 in Galveston, Texas and was a longtime resident of Alvin, Texas. Mr. Wallace graduated from Alvin High School in 1977, received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas in 1982 and earned his law degree from South Texas School of Law in 1985. He was a member of Southpark Baptist Church in Alvin, Texas.

Richard is survived by his parents Calvin and Jenneita Wallace, son, Brett Wallace and wife Mandy, sister, Patti Smith and husband Billy, two grandchildren, Elle and Emma Wallace, nephew, Sean Brennan and wife Cassandra, niece, Lori Brennan and numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 with Funeral services beginning at 11:00 A.M. at Scott Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 noon in Gary Cemetery, Gary City, Texas on Wednesday, March 6, 2013.
